  • First year MBA students won prizes in the event Ad Zap  at National Level Inter-Collegiate meet  – Gallant ’08 organized by Vysya Institute of Management studies Salem on October 16th 2008.
  • Final year MBA Students has participated and secured second prize in Ad-Zap (Creative advertisement ) and Quiz program organized by Sathyabama university, Chennai on 24th February 2009.
  • First year MBA students won prizes in the event Prompt Game  at National Level Inter-Collegiate meet – Batten’09 organized by M.P.N.M.J Engineering College, Chennimalai, Erode February 24th 2009.
  • Final year MBA students won the prizes in Corporate Show and Creative Advertising in the National Level Management Meet’09 at Sasuri College Of Engineering, Erode March 12th & 13th 2009.
  • Final year MBA students  won prizes  in the  event Best Management Team at National Level Inter-Collegiate Professional Meet – DHRITI’09 organized by Sona College of Engineering, Salem March 17th 2009.

  • Guest Lecture on Income Tax & Sales Tax was organized for Final year MBA students.  The session was handled by Mr.M.Muralidharan Chartered  Accountant, Erode on 23.01.2009

  • Guest Lecture on Recent Trends in Marketing was organized for First year MBA students.  The session was handled by Dr.Balasubramaniam , CEO Creative Management consultancy, Trichy on 23.02.2009.

  • Guest Lecture on Rural Marketing was organized for Final year MBA students.  The session was handled by Dr.K.Ravichandran , Reader Gandhigram Rural Institute Deemed Universtiy, Gandhigram on 27.02.2009.

  • Guest Lecture on Research Methodology in Business was organized for First year MBA students.  The session was handled by Prof.Nandha kumar, Reader in Statistics, Salem Sowdeswari College, Salem on 05.06.2009.

  2. Ms.S.Priyadharshini Lecturer have participated Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on Organizational Behaviour at Sri Venkateswara College of Computer Applications and Management on July 19th & 20th 2008.
  3. Mr. J.Mohanraj Asst Professor & Ms.M.Indhumathi Sr.Lecturer have participated Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on Research Method in Business at Sri Venkateswara College of Computer Applications and Management on July 19th & 20th 2008.
  4. Workshop on Soft skills” for final year MBA students on 24th November 2008. The Session was handled by V.Harish kumar – International Trainer, Junior Champer International, Erode.
  5. Seminar on Analyzing the performance of the Mutal Funds by using software handled by Mr.Giridharan, Consultant Chennai on December 14th 2008.
  6. Mr.A.Duraikannan Asst.Professor,  Mr.B.L.Sairam subramaniam  & Mr. J.Mohanraj Asst Professor have participated Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on  Entrepreneurship at Indian Institute of  Management at Bangalore (IIMB) on January 5, 6 ,7 2009.
  7. Workshop on “Be Effective-Journey to success” for First Year MBA students on 28 & 29th January 2009. The session was handled by Mr.R.Gobinath & Mr.R.Srinivasan, Confidence Unlimited Training Consultancy, Salem.
  8. Inauguration of Business Line club was held on January 30th 2009 at MBA seminar Hall. Our Chairman  Cavalier Dr.M.S.Mathivanan presided over the function , Mr.Pradeep Yuvaraj Director, Finerva Financial solutions Pvt.ltd,  Coimbatore was the chief guest and Mr.D.Rajkumar,  Regional Manager The Hindu Coimbatore was delivered the key note address.
  9. Mr.M.Muthukumar , Ms.S.Priyadharshni & Ms.A.Mythili Maragatham have participated in National Semainar on Technical Teachers Quality Improvement on 30 & 31st May 2009 held at Sathyabama University Chennai.
