Department Of MCA  
The Department  of  MCA  has a well equipped laboratories with the latest  softwares to meet the expectations of the industries to impart practical knowledge. The Department works as a value added technology  incubator  with foresight  and vision, stepping forward to be the centre of technology in developing young professionals who create technologies with extensive inputs. The  students  are  educated  beyond  blackboard   with special  lectures, seminars, industrial visits etc. The students are given opportunities to equip themselves to fit in the field after their  studies. The School  organizes  a State Level Symposium HITS every year, inviting students  from  various  Institutions  state  wide  Providing an opportunity To participate in the events like paper presentation, debugging, software contest etc.
  
 
Training and Placement:-  
  • Nurtures Industry Institute interaction, by organising and co-ordinating frequent industrial visits, in plant training and projects of Industrial relevance for the students, with the sole aim of zeroing down hiatus the between the industry and the academia.
  • Helps every student define their career interest through individual expert counselling.
  • Makes available updated database and job profile of the companies and thus helps each student analysis and choose company of his interest.  The department has in its active file a database of all leading companies.
  • Organizes and co-ordinates campus placement program, to fulfil its commitment of a job to every aspirant.
  • The department has maintained symbiotic, vibrant and purposeful relationship with industries across the country as a result has built up an impressive placement record.

Our students have visited number of companies for practical know-how and industry-academic exposure. The visit includes Infosys Ltd., Kerala,EG Technologies and Accenture.

Final year students (2007-2010) have visited number of companies for implant training around Chennai, Bangalore, Coimbatore.

NATIONAL LEVEL TECHNICAL SEMINAR  
Kryptel’07: A National Level technical Seminar was conducted on 9th March 2007 in which students from various institutions acquired knowledge about “Mobile Computing” from the resource persons, Dr. S. Swamynathan, Anna University and Mr. Fremy Jose, Vaayoo Inc, Bangalore.

The school organizes national level technical symposium program-Kryptel annually, inviting students form various institution nation wide proving an opportunity not only to meet their counterparts ,but ensuring , the interaction takes place in a healthy competitive environment.
